I do not need the details of your past to release you from emotional pain.

I have tried various other methods eg counselling, cbt therapy, medication and still am awaiting PTSD therapy from the doctors however after my session with Claire I don't feel like I will need it. The pain, anger and anxiousness I felt before hand has all gone.

“I could barely function…”

and was popping Diazepam like sweets. Whilst in the Priory I was given drugs that made me worse and CBT therapy and counselling. I needed help quickly which the NHS could not offer and so turned to hypnotherapy following some research.
My first session with Claire has released so much emotional trauma that I am feeling lighter and able to dismiss the negative thoughts that normally consume my mind.
